July 2003
Lunarclick headlined alongside Snake River Conspiracy. And, of course, yet another awesome suprise (!) ...special Lunarclick guest on Synth, BERLIN's synth-god; Mitchell!!! A theme of cyber, future & space rocked the bands attire. It was loud & crowded, stagediving and slamming even!
June 2003
A 9pm appearance will open the night for headliner Nina-Hagen
The band have pulled out all the stops ensuring this as one of the most special evenings up to date. You will see that David (synths) has stepped out, but the multi-talented Ashburn Miller of Deadsy fame will assist in the bands execution. There will be a vip room set up exclusively for *LC fans to meet and greet each other in the upstairs dining area ...and the theme? Elegant, elegant, elegant! Dress up lovely people, This will be a night to remember.
May 2003 What could be more fun than to perform at a fetish club?! Heehee! Naughty Lunarclick play Sinister, just off Hollywood Blvd., this month on the 17th. This is an old oldschool goth bar, 21 & over only. Some of you will know that this is the regular watering hole of LC* members. Every Saturday evening, Sinister showcases the darkest, most creative bands in Los Angeles. For detailed info, plus the clubs strict dress code, go to www.barsinister.net
Oh, and check out these fab pictures taken by Cyndee from the Whisky gig!
April 2003 The band have been writing & rehearsing. Their April 3rd Whisky show will include a full 45 minute set with two brand new songs. This is Lunarclicks first official headlining show! They are doing a special theme that night, and encourage your fan support in coordinating along with them! Fun! The colors are Red, White & Black, and its a military/war type theme. ...Ah, what to wear?!
March Hooray! Not only were the past 4 Lunarlick performances overwhelmingly fantastic, but the band has found a terrific drummer to boot! Dan is a long time friend, who only two weeks before The Troubadour show, offered to help out filling in were Evan left off. You might remember that Evan played electronic/synth drums. Since Dan comes from a Rock background, he plays acoustic drums. The band wasnt sure how this would go over, but it seems to have made a bit of difference. Im told the set is bigger & louder, giving Lunarclick a rocking sound. Industrial/Goth/Rock/Pop? What a combination! No gigs booked this month as Claudia & Carlton are working on completing new material. April 3rd is your next chance to catch this latest incredible line up! They appear at The Whisky w/ 13th Sky.
February 2003 Three additional shows have been added for February! Bar Michaels in Orange County, CA. on Feb. 26th. The Roxy on the following night, the 27th, Hollywood CA w/ Norwegian artists Softcore. And on the 28th, in Ventura CA., at Club Redemption (sorry, this particular one is 21 & over only) ...And as I mentioned last month, The Troubadour on the 17th.
